Welcome to ExcelClash. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these comprehensive Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the Spreadsheet Editor, the exercise modules, and any interactive features provided by ExcelClash. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.
1. User Accounts and Security
When you create an account on ExcelClash, you are responsible for maintaining the absolute confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. ExcelClash is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to protect your password or account information. We reserve the right to verify the identity of any account owner at our discretion. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep this information up to date.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The ExcelClash name, branding, custom-designed exercises, datasets, and our proprietary high-performance WebAssembly formula engine are the exclusive intellectual property of ExcelClash. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content without express written permission. Any unauthorized scraping, automated extraction, or reverse-engineering of our challenge datasets or core engine is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Acceptable Use and Conduct
You agree to use ExcelClash only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Prohibited conduct includes: attempting to bypass security measures, injecting malicious scripts into the solver UI, using automated bots to solve challenges, or harassing other users in the Battle Mode. We foster a competitive but respectful environment where technical skill is the only standard for victory. Misuse of the platform may lead to immediate account suspension.
4. Free Access to the Platform
ExcelClash is currently offered as a free platform for normal use of the core learning experience. This Terms of Service page is meant to explain how the platform may be used, how accounts and content are handled, and what rules apply while using ExcelClash.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExcelClash and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your access to or use of the platform. If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by that law.
6. Termination of Access
ExcelClash reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the platform and access your progress data will immediately cease. You may also terminate your own account at any time through your settings.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our primary region of operation. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply.
