These terms govern your use of the Spreadsheet Editor, the exercise modules, and any interactive features provided by ExcelClash. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.
1. User Accounts and Security
When you create an account on ExcelClash, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe. You agree to tell us immediately if you think someone else is using your account. ExcelClash is not responsible for any losses or damages from your failure to protect your password. We may verify the identity of any account owner. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The ExcelClash name, branding, exercises, datasets, and our formula engine are the exclusive property of ExcelClash. You may not copy, distribute, or create new works from our platform content without our written permission. Any unauthorized copying or reverse-engineering of our content or engine is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Acceptable Use and Conduct
You agree to use ExcelClash only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects others. Prohibited actions include: bypassing security, using automated programs to solve challenges, or harassing other users. We promote a competitive but respectful environment. Misuse of the platform may lead to account suspension.
4. Free Access to the Platform
ExcelClash is currently offered as a free platform for normal use of the core learning experience. This Terms of Service page is meant to explain how the platform may be used, how accounts and content are handled, and what rules apply while using ExcelClash.
5. Limitation of Liability

We may suspend or end your access to the platform at any time if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your access to the platform and your progress data will stop. You may also delete your own account at any time through your settings.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where we operate. Any disputes related to these terms will be handled by the courts in our region. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will still apply.
